New Year’s Day, Wednesday Jan. 1, is a recognized University holiday. Since most University offices will be closed, the payroll processing schedule for the pay period Saturday, Dec. 14, to Friday, Dec. 27, has been modified. This is necessary to process payroll in a timely manner and meet early benefit contribution submission deadlines. The revised schedule is as follows:
- Wednesday, Dec. 18, noon: Budget Office PAF deadline?
- Thursday Dec. 19, 4 p.m.: Human Resources PAF deadline
- Friday, Dec. 27, 10 a.m.: Web and departmental time sheets online submission and approval?
- Friday, Jan. 3: Checks will be released at the Payroll Office, Hicks Hall, Building 53, Room 2850; payroll direct deposits will be credited to the employee's bank account
It's highly recommended that?employees submit timesheets for approval, and approvers/proxies approve timesheets on or before Tuesday, Dec. 24, prior to leaving for the winter break, to ensure inclusion in the payroll processing December?27.
